| Notes |
- NAME: Eidio "Wyllt" (Eidio "the Wild").
TITLES: Earl of Desmond, Ireland. (Evans, British Genealogist, book 1 p. 16)
LIVING: 1079.
PROPERTY: Lord of Llywel by the gift of Rhys ap Tewdwr, his uncle, about 1090.
REMARKS: He came to Wales to the assitance of Rhys ap Tewdwr against Bernard Newmarch. (Evans, British Genealogist, book 1 p. 16)
REMARKS: In Wales till the middle of the 12th century individuals were styled 'Brenin' meaning chief or high one, and 'Arglwydd' meaning lord or master.
- (Research):KINSHIP: Conflict/Error> Thomas' 'Golden Grove MS' book 6 page D787 gives him as children 'Bywialh Ld of Lhiwelh' and 'Moreydhig', thus inserting extra generations between Eidio "Wyllt" and his son Golwg "Gôch". 'Moreydhig' is really Moriddig "Fychan" ap Moriddig "Warwyn".
KINSHIP: Conflict/Error> Jones' 'History of the County of Brecknock' volume 2 page 442 chart I gives him as on Moriddig "Fychan" ap Moriddig "Warwyn" and "Bywiall Lord of Llywel".
