Married Greg Ufken June 1971 Substituted school teaching. Moved to Twin City Area Did substitue teaching Worked at JC Penney Dept. Store - Burnsville, MN Final work in Eagan, MN. 2915 Commaro Dr. Ste. 100 Soft ware Developers Diagnosed with Breast Cancer Stage 4 in 2003 Succumbed to cancer on Tues., Oct. 25, 2005, died at home in her chair, holding the dog. All her family surrounded her: Greg, Melissa, Lynn,Marcie, John, Campbell, Mary Jane, Mom and Dad and the Hospice nurse. Services at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church Eagan on Fri She was cremated and her cremains were buried at Lebanon Cemetery, Apple Valley, MN. on Monday Oct. 31, 2005 Mom and Dad did not stay for the burial, Dad fell and broke a rib at the Hotel the evening of her funeral services at the church. We rode home with Colleen in our car.. Macey and Abie rode with Joy and Lea. Samuel and Chris did not come, Samuel had stomach flu. Phil drove alone.
